Voting Forms and Prize Money (Given to Jackie Wilson 15.10.19)

Dining Room Layout:

-Top Table for 6 pers with jugs water and glasses, microphone

-Theatre style for 50 with aisle in centre

BAR: OPEN ACCOUNT: 4 x bottles each of House Wine - Rose (not sweet), Merlot & Chardonnay on tables.  

Credit full bottles at end. Jackie may also want more wine. Some ladies may also want soft drinks.

KITCHEN: Hot nibbles as per last year  - £1.50pp (per Trish) - to be served during counting of votes
