I think we covered this today, so yes they all get breakfast after golf on a rolling basis and there tea or coffee on arrival, I have asked all teams not to arrive more than 1 hour before there tee time.  We have lots of stewards on the day and will not exceed 50 in the clubhouse. Richard

Lobby:

Tables in lobby is fine, presume that you will have 3-4 people at the reception table which will result in only 2 participants at a time can enter the lobby. We will need stewards in the lobby to control. Rule of Six and social distancing to apply.

EG “Gatherings of people must be avoided at all times, including for registration or for presentations”

Dining Room:  Breakfast meal with tea or coffee served before golf for 156

Indoor hospitality – 50% of venue capacity i.e. 100 capacity, therefore not more than 50 in the clubhouse, 24 in dining room and 26 in clubhouse. Stewards needed to control. Table service only.

One areas we need to check with you is the arrangements in the Club House.

We would like to have a reception area in the Lobby;

2 tables  for welcoming/issuing cards and raffle tickets.

For coffee/tea before and meal and presentaion after the golf.( presentations split in two sessions to reduce numbers);

Minimum of 6 tables for 4; and a long presentation table for prizes and presentation.

I hope this will be acceptable. More details of stewards, and outside arrangements to follow.
