Starter Chair & Table at the 1st. Starter is Andy Groom.
TENT 11th with 3 clothed tables, 4 chairs, napkins, jugs, plastic glasses, paper plates, bowls & plates for display, some knives to cut cakes, bin liners. Plus filled water containers and ice bucket with ice. Ladies section to supply drink and food - Fruit punch made up in jugs with strawberries and mint (Tom), squash, (Maggie Sheath, Jean Hardy, One other)
Buggy required to take water containers etc to tent
£36 per pair (£5 per pair to the Club)
Registration desk and chairs in main reception. Plus table for charity raffle tickets. (Cicely Welch, Linda Pickford)
Bar tab for helpers
Arrival Tea/Coffee, first tee 9:30, last tee 10:50 - Instant coffee flasks @ £12 each, cups, saucers, milk, sugar on table for members and visitors when they arrive. Will probably need 4 flasks during the morning. Ladies section will bring some biscuits to go out on plates.

No table plan required. Just KHGC reserved signs.

Running Cold Buffet (Tuna, Ham, Quiche, Lettuce, Tomato, Cucumber, Beetroot, Coleslaw, Pasta with cheese & peppers, Warm new potatoes) - £7.50
Cake - 3 x cream, 1 x sponge - £1.00 per half slice to be paid for by Ladies Section

Raffle for 'Help for Heroes' Prizes - Table needed in Dining Room
