Coffee & danish pastries on arrival for players & helpers x 88- Pastries @ £1.80 each,  Instant coffee flasks @ £12 each, caps, saucers, milk, sugar on table for members and visitors to help themselves on arrival. Service Table to be put inside the partition. Welcome poster (Sue's) in Office Bar Tray.

Raffle for 'Help for Heroes' - Denise to do notice £1 per ticket as per Invitation Day

As this is a Charity Day, no green fees charged. Remaining money after catering costs go to charity.
