Tent: Drinks and plastic glasses to be supplied by ladies - KHGC to provide jugs, napkins, linen, bin sacks, paper plates & bowls, 'take away' cups, service plates & bowls for cake & snacks, knives to cut cake. Items to be ready for ladies to collect from Clubhouse on Tuesday morning. They have arranged a buggy with the Pro Shop.    To be manned by ladies, Jackie Wilson, Penny Yeates & Ruth Reeves -  Ladies to provide to food and drink  (soft drinks, cake, sandwiches, pre-cut fruit etc)

Tab for Ladies at Bar for helpers drinks and a light lunch each. Sue requested jug of coffee to be be available for helpers rather than bar coffee. Also, '1 free coffee for every 10' for helpers.

Meal after golf agreed for 2023 @ £8 pp (£7.36 members discount) - Informal (no table plan)  - First ladies back 2pm, Last ladies back 5.30pm (allow 5 hrs to get round course and change) -

Meal to be pre-ordered by 21st April  OR on day at registration desk. The competitors to pay at Bar when ready to eat. If any items go on Specials Board, they must be at the same price of £8. If Danielle on her own, poss just have Salads, Goujons and Chilli  on specials board and remove table menus.
