Drinks only in tent on 11th. No food.

Last orders for Bar Menu @ 11.30am.

BBQ in Gazebo on Putting Green from 12 noon -  (Did 160 for BBQ in 2022, but expect more in 2023 as no food on 11th) - 3 tables, 3 clothes, 2 chafer dishes with fuel, wrapped cutlery, napkins, salad containers, bagasse plates - Norman & Tom to man.

Cumberland Sausage, Aberdeen Angus Burger, Salad, Coleslaw, Relish - Veggie/Vegan options please

Cheese slices and vegan slices to be bought - Tom

BBQ £6pp - Players included in price of golf, list of names required - Non players to pruchase ticket at bar on day, payment button required.

Salad containers to be prepared in advance

Buggy needed from 9am (DB has booked with course)

Gas Cannisters to be checked and odered by Tom

Raffle prizes - DB - Raised over £1000 in 2023. Next year poss include hamper
