BAR: OPEN ACCOUNT: Wine 1 x Pinot Grigio Yellow Tail @ £18, 1 x Rose, 19 Crimes @ £19.50, 1 x Merlot Barefoot @ £18.  Plus 3 jugs of juice @ £6 each. Credit full wine bottles at end. Grace may want more wine. Some ladies may want soft drinks soft drinks instead of wine.

Partition required. Buffet table/drinks table against partition wall.

Clothed table for approx 25 x trophies, behind Top Table. Ladies will provide list of trophies required.

Table for trophy signing book, to side of top table.

Top table for 4 pers (Lady Captain, Lady Vice Captain, Secretary, Treasurer). With jugs water, glasses, microphone.

Theatre style for 50 with aisle in centre

Voting Forms will be placed on chairs by Ladies Secretary.
