The Blarney GS Annual Charity Golf Day, 9th year raising money for McMillan Christchurch and local charities. 

Trevor Townsend - Andy Lane - Paul Radigan

Bar & Kitchen to open at 07:00 - Reserve Main lounge, Dining room, 19th & Committee Room. Additional bar & catering staff required. 

Tee Off 9AM Shotgun start - but course closed 7am to 1.30pm

Players will be advised to what tee and tee start sheets with KH members listed (Paul)

Kevin to advise members about course and kitchen closure times and date change, 2 weeks prior 

Sponsor Tees with Signs (no spikes)

Numbers: 82 on day   - KHGC Members x 7 (Simon Jordan, Mark Logan, Dave Tyrer, Anthony Ward, Andy Lane, Steve Connell, Gary Oates)

TOTAL: £46pp - breakdown, Green Fees £22pp (to include members), Food £24pp (discount for members)

From 7.30 am - 'Take Away' Tea/Coffee and Bacon Bap on arrival, served from Carvery

After golf, 2 course meal, from 1pm, served from kitchen not carvery (aware of service time) - Tables of 4 prefered (21 x 4). Use 19th, Committee, Lounge & Dining Room.  Need players seated as limited standing space at bar. Tables to be numberd as per tee times (by office), 1-18 to include 5 A & B, 11 A & B, 18 A & B

Main: Steak and ale pie with pastry lid, chips & peas (per Dominik) 

Dessert: Cheesecake with pouring cream (per Dominik) - was Apple Crumble, changed 14.9.23, agreed with Paul.

Dietary: None given, but thought to be 1 x Gluten Free per AL

Drinks pre order form for each table (Tom & Denise)

Registration Table & 3 Chairs in Lobby

Raffle Table & Barrel required in Lobby -  KHGC to provide 4 Ball Voucher

Presentation table and microphone required in Dining Room

Trevor Townsend - Appreciate shotgun starts are frowned upon but this could be a nice earner for the club, and they had all finished by 13:30.

This year they handed over £5k to Bramshaw for the golf and food, plus a fair amount over the bar.

If it works well this could become a regular event going forward.
