BAR & KITCHEN - ARRIVE 7.30AM - BAR OPEN UNTIL MIDNIGHT

NUMBERS: 136 players (34 teams), plus 20 helpers

CATERING:

8am - Arrival tea/coffee and bacon baps 'takeaway'. Start sheet to be provided.

10.30am-4pm - Refreshement tent on 11th, usual tablecloths, chairs, bin and bin liners, cooler, ice, water. Manned by FH Volunteers (Sue & Lynne, Jayne & Nigel, Jill, Karen & Dawn). tom has purchased cans of drink. Catering to set tent up in time for volunteers to run.

10am-6.30pm - Bar Menu. Players pay for own food. Bar tab for helpers complimentary tea/coffee.

7.45/8pm - Buffet (chef's choice) x 80 pers - Paper plates and plastic glasses.

CLUBHOUSE: to be set-up by 3pm on Thursday afternoon for Kirsty

Registration desk in lobby with 2 chair (Grace Burke, Pam Chard, Denise Bennett) - Start sheets, score cards, programme, goody bag

Table for raffle tickets/Wheelbarrows x 2 for wines (Lucy Sharp AM, Kirsty + another PM) - Need float. Kirsty to brin in 2 payment machines. Need raffle machine.

Prize table (provided by Pro Shop) and Raffle table (15 prizes provided by FH) on dance floor.

Space for disco (set up 5.15pm on Friday)

GOLF/COURSE

Sponsor posters etc to go out around course on Thursday evening. Some sponsors will also arrive at 6pm.

Tee times: 08:30 first tee. 14:00 last tee (course reserved 08:00-15:30)

Competition: Bowmaker 85% full handicap stableford, holes 1-6 scores to count, holes 7-12 scores to count, holes 13-18 all four scores count.

Max handicap is 26 for men off yellow tees, 32 for ladies off red tees. Only the players gross score is required on the scorecard. Scorecards to be collected from registration on day.
