Welcome poster with meal and drink choice in folder behind bar

Number Players: 36 - no children

Fun, family golf evening (School Hols) - 11 holes - shotgun start at 5.30pm (2 hours)

Registration Desk, Pro Shop

Catering (collect meal & drinks voucher with Scorecard from Pro Shop) - can be served in bar/lounge area, at 8pm (seniors match meal, 5.30pm in dining room)

Children - 4 oz Burger or Hot Dog with Chips and Soft Drink @ £8.50 each

Adult - 6 oz Burger or Hot Dog with Chips and 1 Drink (House Beer, Cider, House Wine, Soft Drink) @ £12.50 each

Price plus;

-Green Fee: Adults £2.50, Children - under 14s - £2.50

TOTAL: £15 Adults each, £11 under 14s each - to be included in golf fee, bookings via pro shop

Prizes: Top 3 Teams - Best Individual Scores 

AW and Captain to do Prize giving (AW to provide prizes) - Small gift for children

NOTES FROM KEVIN (EMAIL 27.3.24)

  1. Competition – Teams of 4, any Combo, best 2 scores to count
  2. Graham – I have printed out and given all the hole numbers with directional signage
  3. Nearest to the pin – Hole 2 & Hole 8 (2 x US Masters caps to be given as prizes)
  4. Shotgun Start at 17h30 (expected round to be completed in around 1h30)
  5. Registration – through the pro shop for 17h00 (Andy – if you can inform the golfers of what time to register will be great), with a goodie bag to be given (Andy to confirm the little gift), Scorecard with the 4 x food vouchers and 4 x drinks vouchers to be attached to the scorecards. Member bar cards to be charged by Pro Shop at registration.
  6. 17h30 – 19h00: Golf to be played
  7. Bar & Catering: Golfers to use their vouchers for the food and drinks (drinks vouchers have the stipulations on them) – Tom (this will be for you to organise
  8. Prize Giving: this can be set up near the large TV in front of the bar area (Andy will know the prize layout). Either Andy or Sean or both can do the prize giving which should take around 10min
