KHKO finals. Four teams of 10 per team, singles match play. Main Trophy to tee off from 1st tee. Plate finalists go off the 11th. Both matches commence at 1:00pm.  The course will be closed to members from 12:30pm  until 6:00pm. Any players already on the course at 1:00 pm who could potentially delay these matches progressing will be asked to leave the course. MR.

PAYMENT: Following charged to Club Account, as 32 teams paid £60 entry fee into Club Account (not Seniors). Wine @ £198.72, Arrival tea/coffee @ £70.50, Meal for Visitors @ £510, Meal for Members @ £250.24, Drinks @ £42.88 - TOTAL £1072.34

MEAL 

Number Players: 40

Meal with Invited Guests: 48  (agreed with MR 2.10.23)

Welcome Notice: 'Bramshaw', Sherborne A', Hayling Island, Knighton Heath B

11:30: Arrival tea/instant coffee x 40

Brunch/light lunch: If required, players will order and pay at bar

Last tee at 2pm, should finish by 6pm, then change into 'jacket & tie' for dinner

18:30: Meal, 2 course, together, plated from the kitchen (not carvery)

Table Plan: Not required.

Table Layout: 6 x tables for 8 pers, to include top table in the middle. Trophy/Presentation table near top table.

Staff: Tom to book 3 waiting staff. Maurice advised additional staff at £50 each for 5 hours, but not required.

MAIN x 48 pers

Steak & Ale Pie with chunky chips, broccoli and carrots (veg to be plated, not serving bowls)

Additional gravy jugs for each table

Vegetarian/Vegan option to be available if required. Maurice to advise any dietary requirements.

DESSERT x 48 pers

Apple Crumble and Custard, served from the kitchen

Cheese & Biscuits option to be available if required. Maurice to advise any dietary requirements.

NO TEA/COFFEE & MINTS REQUIRED AFTER MEAL 

Presentation after meal. Microphone required.

PAYMENT: Pre paid entry fees will include the cost of the catering. 

Tea/Coffee @ £1.80pp (or £18 per jug of 10)

2 course meal @ £15.20 (£8.70 Main, extra 20p for additional veg) £6.50 Dessert)

TOTAL: £17 PER PERSON (discount to be applied for members)

Plus:

Merlot @ £18 per bottle x 12 (one per table)

Additional waiting staff @ £50 for 5 hours each, if required.
