Tent: Drinks and plastic glasses to be supplied by ladies - KHGC to provide jugs, napkins, linen, bin sacks,  service plates & bowls for cake & snacks, knives to cut cake. Kitchen to pre-cut fruit for Pimms brought in by the ladies prior to the event. Items to be ready for ladies to collect from Clubhouse on Tuesday morning. They will arrange a buggy with the Pro Shop.    To be manned by ladies, Jackie, Maggie & Joy -  Ladies to provide to food and drink  (soft drinks, cake, sandwiches, pimms), paper plates, bowls, cups

Tab for Ladies at Bar for helpers drinks and a light lunch each. Jugs of coffee to be be available for helpers rather than bar coffee. Also, '1 free coffee for every 10' for helpers.

Meal after golf. Full Bar Menu to be available at usual prices. Ladies to order and pay for own food. Also food for Specials Board agreed @ £8 pp (£7 members discount). Some have pre-ordered. See below;
