Notice is hereby given of a “Behind Closed Doors” Extraordinary General Meeting
to be held on
Thursday 5 November 2020
 

Election of Office Bearers

1. Captain
2. Vice-Captain*  
3. Secretary
4. Treasurer
5. Competitions Secretary
6. Committee member

Voting:

Members are not permitted to attend the meeting either physically or virtually. Instead, members would vote follows:

• Complete a postal voting form – clubhouse lobby area. Votes to be placed in the ballot box in the lobby.
• Electronic voting forms – in the members area of the website, in the Ladies EGM section.  

Votes must be received by close of business on Thursday 5 November 2020.

All votes will be collected and collated by the General Manager. The results will be announced on Friday 6 November 2020.
