50th Birthday Party for social member, Joanna Domay
Numbers: 22-25 pers
Layout: Dining Room with partition (hopefully good weather for French doors to be opened). One large table, clothed (white) with water jugs, water glasses and napkins in glasses. Buffet table against partition wall. Cake table under TV.
Decoration: Domay’s to arrange birthday banner to go over TV and possibly another for partition. Balloon surround for TV and Cake Table (Megan to help Stuart). Table balloons. Napkins. Flowers.
Birthday Cake: Domay’s to arrange, together with 50th birthday napkins. Joanna to do first cut (after buffet), kitchen to cut and plate for guests.
Music: To use clubhouse system.
Arrival Drink, 7.30pm: Prosecco @ £28 per bottle, Orange Juice @ £6 per jug. To be charged per bottle/jug at end of evening. Served at table near entrance to Dining Room.
Cold Fork Buffet: Served at 8.30pm.
