Birthday golf day for Shirley Guy

Tees: 13:30-14:30

Numbers: 23 (includes 12 visitors)

Green Fees: No charge (members free of charge - visitors covered by members guest passes to be collected from Pro Shop by Shirley)

Buggies: to be booked directly with the Pro Shop

Competition: to be arranged with Pro Shop - Nearest the Pin on the 11th for men and 14th for ladies

6pm (last tee back 6.30pm) Arrival drink, voucher for one drink to be charged to bar tab

6.30pm Presentation - long table with cloth

7pm Meal, together, 23 pers - Layout 2 x 8 pers, 1 x 7pers  (cloth, napkins, wine and water glasses)

Bottle of red (Merlot Barefoot @ £18.20) and white wine (Pinot Grigio Yellow Tail @ £18.20) to be placed on each table (unopened). Allow half bottle per person. Opended bottles to be charged to Bar Tab. Beer and soft drinks to be ordered with waiitng staff and charged to Bar Tab. To pay bar end of evening for drinks.
