Table, 2 x chairs & umbrella at 1st
Tent on 11th, 3 x tables, 4 x chairs, bin. Plus table clothes, napkins, jugs, paper plates, bowls & plates for food display, knives to cut cakes, bin liners, filled water containers. Ice bucket & ice to be collected from bar when required. Ladies section to supply plastic glasses, drink and food, including cut fruit for drinks.
Buggy required to take water etc to tent - Sue to book with Pro Shop
Registration desk and chairs in lobby. Plus table for charity raffle.

Numbers: 32 +/-
Seating Plan: 4 x tables each for 8 pers (not 4's per Sue)
Arrival tea/coffee from 8.15am. Instant coffee jugs @ £14 each on table with cups, saucers, milk sugar for members and visitors when they arrival. Expecting to need 4/5 jugs during the morning.
Running cold buffet after play (approx 2pm) on 'part' rolling basis. Don't start service until 2 tables are seated please, per Sue.
Buffet: Tuna, Ham, Quiche, Egg, Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, Cucumber, Beetroot, Coleslaw, Pasta with cheese & peppers, warm new potatoes (not potato salad) @ £9.50pp (per NM)
Include suitable buffet for vegan x 1. Likes 3 bean salad, falafels, nuts, dried fruit (Pauline Webb)
