Table Plan: 4 x Large Round Tables - Table 1, 4 Adults, 2 Children  - Table 2, 4 Adults, 1 Child,  - Table 3, 5 Adults - Table 4, 6 Adults

1 x Large plate on each table for sweets and nuts (supplied by Adriana)

4pm - Guests arrive

4.30pm - Sit down for meal

10pm - End approx

Credit Bar required. Use Club Bar Card (per RB). To be charged after event, together with meal by office. Credit Bar Limit £500 (per Adriana)

Will supply own music, but aware no dancing etc

Menu Price - £15.50 per adult x 19 - £3.50 per child x 2 - £7.00 per child x 1

Bread rolls on table

Fried brie with sald and cranberry sauce x  4

Prawn and smoked salmon cocktail x 2

Chicken Caesar salad (no anchovies) with croutons x 7 (includes 1 with plain salad no sauce)

Breaded fish goujons with salad and tartare sauce x 6, plus 1 child starter for Alex

MAIN - Plated not buffet

1 slice of Roast Pork, Beef and Turkey on each plate x 19

Served with Yorkshire Pudding Roast Potatoes and 3 seasons vegetables

Gravy, Peppercorn Sauce, Horseradish, Apple Sauce, Cranberry Sauce in separate dishes for guests to serve themselves (in family groups)

DESSERT - Adriana bringing own cake which she will cut

CHILDREN'S MENU: Breaded fish goujon x 1 (starter for Alex),  Breaded chicken goujons with chips x 3 (main) - £3.50 each per course - Olivia & Lucas' chicken to be served at same time as adults starter, Alex's chicken  to be served with adults main

Adriana to supply Slipcover, Napkins, Table Balloons etc

Adriana's husband will be bringing in decorations, cake, sweets etc on Sunday morning.
