1. Format & Itinerary
The Tournament is a 18 hole Strokeplay tournament. 27 players will play 18 holes on
Thursday 14th April 2022. Play will be in 3 balls from 12.30pm until 2.30pm
2. Tournament Office & Clubhouse/Catering
The PGA will arrive on Wednesday 13th April 2022 at around Midday.
The PGA Tournament Office will be the Lobby. Desk & Chairs
The clubhouse will be open for breakfast/coffee, available from 10:00am. This will be at the
players own cost. PGA to set up a tab for their staff that will be paid at the end of the day.
3. Scoreboard
PGA will set up the scoreboard on day of arrival.
The scoreboard will be located by ball chairman parking space
4. Practice & Practice Facilities
There is a full practice ground. Players to use their own balls. 2 x practice nets
There is also a chipping area to right of 1st tee.

5. Course Set-up
a. Tee’s
Play will be from the PGA tee markers, PGA official will do set up on themorning to check tee’s &
pins. Ladies tee’s may be adjusted slightly to cater for the 10-14%.
b. Pin’s
PGA will mark pin positions (red dot) and leave a pin sheet for the greenkeeper Graham Hastie
course@khgc.co.uk 07876864698 - Green depths required also.
6. Branding
PGA will put up branding around the 1st tee. Banners & Flag. Pop-up banners around the putting
green

7. Trolleys
5 x Electric Trolleys are available to rent at a cost of £10, £15 with GPS
10 x Pull Trolleys @ £3
8. Yardage Charts
PGA app gives players a yardage chart.
9. Prize Presentation
There will not be a presentation after the event.
