• AM: Eleven Tee slots with 8-minute intervals from 08.15 for the medal round. (Three balls)

• PM: Fourteen tee slots with 7-minute intervals from 13.30 for the two-ball match play.

CATERING: Dining Room layout 1 x table for 14 pers (Cornwall), 2 x table for 10 pers (Dorset & Somerset), Devon table for 11 pers

07:00 - 33 x Bacon Bap, coffee/tea or soft drink - £7.50pp (please allow for 40 as Devon tbc)                                                                                                                          
• From 12.00, Rolling - Lunch for players and officials, 43 pers - Baguette & Chips @ £6pp. Plated. Bar: To set up tab for each county. To be settled (by County or DCGU) on daily basis.

Payment: Counties responsible for settling their own accounts via DCGU. Office to collate final bill for DCGU on Thursday, split into counties.
