The requirement is as follows:
Tue 11th April 2023:

• A practice round from 14.00 for 32 players playing in four balls (8 start times).

Outside of above a practise round would cost £25pp

Catering: Dining room layout 1x table for 14 pers (Cornwall), 2 x table for 10 pers (Dorset & Somerset), Devon table for 11 pers

Bar: To set up tab for each county. To be settled (by County or DCGU) on daily basis.

• From 12.00 Rolling, Baguette & Chips at £6 pp x 45 pers. Plated. Bar has list of names and choices to tick off.      Bacon x 10 plus 1 no butter or mayo / Chicken Mayo x 10 / Egg Mayo x 2, including 1 on brown / Ham x 5 Plus 1 no butter / Tuna May x 9 Plus 1 no butter / Sausage x 6 / Includes Devon

• From 17.00 Rolling - Dinner for 45 - at £10pp. Plated. Bar has list of names and choices.                                                                                                                                                                                                     All with chips - Beef Burger x 20 Plus 1 Plain / Chicken Burger x 23 / Vegan x 1  Includes Devon

Payment: Counties responsible for settling their own accounts via DCGU. Office to collate final bill for DCGU on Thursday, split into counties.
