CATERING: Dining Room layout 1 x taboe 14 pers (Cornwall, 2 x table for 10 pers (Dorest & Somerset), Devon table for 11 pers

Bar to set up tab for each county. To be settled (by County or DCGU) on daily basis.

07:00 - 33 x Bacon Bap, coffee/tea or soft drink - £7.50pp (please allow for 40 pers as Devon tba)

From 12:00, Rolling, Lunch, 44 pers - Baguette & Chips @ £6pp - Plated. Bar has list of names with choices to tick - Bacon x 11 Plus 1 no butter or mayo / Cheese x 1 / Chicken Mayo x 11 / Egg Mayo x 3, includes 1 on brown / Ham x 2 Plus 1 No butter / Tuna Mayo x 6  Plus 1 No butter / Sausage x 7 / Includes Devon

Evening: Counties may well wish to order food such as sandwiches and chips prior to departure on the Thursday evening - this will be done under separate arrangements (Bar Snacks to be pre-ordered with bar). Informal seating.

Prize Giving at 6.30pm - Table x 1 for prizes. DCGU will provide cloth - Microphone required

Payment: Counties responsible for settling their own accounts via DCGU. Office to collate final bill for DCGU on Thursday, split into counties.
