TIMINGS;
2pm onwards – Balloon decorations for room/tables arrive
4pm onwards - DJ Phil arrives to set up
7pm - Gill & Dave arrive
7pm - Wedding cake to be delivered, together with stand and knife
7.30pm – Drinks reception, Bubbly and orange. Prosecco x 12 bottles @ £28 each, Jugs of Orange Juice x 2 @ £6 each - Flutes (if more Prosecco and Juice, charge on day)
8.20pm – Ask guests to take seats to Welcome Mr & Mrs Gibbs into room (Bride & Groom)
8.30pm – Buffet to be served. Water only on tables, no pre-ordered wine
9pm - Cutting of cake and Speech by Groom. Followed by first dance.
Kitchen to cut cake. Use ¾ Vanilla and ½ Lemon. Put on buffet table for guests to help themselves.
9pm to Midnight – Disco
NUMBERS: 80 people (includes 5 children). No highchairs.
LAYOUT: Informal. Seating for 80pers as per floor plan, plus cake table and card table. No table plan, other than Table for Two reserved for Bride & Groom
LINEN: The club will provide white linen and white paper napkins.
ROOM HIRE: £200, less £50 deposit
