SIGNAGE POSTER IN OFFICE BAR TRAY
TIMINGS:
2pm onwards – Joanna and helpers to arrive and set up photo booth etc. Also birthday cake.
4pm onwards - Joanna to arrive back with balloons for tables
6pm onwards – DJ (John Langford) to set up disco and lighting
7.30pm – Bar open for arrival of guests
8.30pm – Buffet to be served
9pm – Stuart to cut birthday cake
Kitchen to cut cake. Wrap in napkins provided by Joanna.
9pm – Disco
10pm – Cut cake on buffet table
11:30 Disco ends
NUMBERS: Seating for 40 – Catering for 40
LAYOUT/DECORATIONS: See Floor Plan, Buffet table, Cake table, Card table. Plus space for photobooth (Poster is 180cm wide, 110cm high to be mounted on card and placed on our flipchart stand, surrounded by balloons). To use our bottle lights (Denise to bring bottles in on Saturday).
