Payment: Katie has invoice (copy behind bar). Any additional items will need to be charged. Add ot invoice for payment at end of event OR Katie can pay office on Monday.

No Bar Tab required. Pay for own drinks. Ensure Prosecco available.

Decoration: Katie any decorations/table sprinkles. Katie will bring in on Saturday 10am or Friday 6pm if room is ready.

Floor Balloon: Denise to purchase, bring in on Saturday and charge to Katie
