Dining Room with partiition, to be set theatre style for 45 delegates, top table with water, tv screen to be plugged into speakers laptop. Water and glasses to be available for delegates.

Committee Room, set for 10 delegates boardroom style. Water and glasses on table.

Catering to be served in the Lounge Bar: 9am Tea/Coffee x 20, 11am Tea/Coffee x 20, 13.30 +/- (will let Tom know when ready) Lunch x 15 Assorted Sandwiches & Chips, 3.30pm Tea/Coffee x 10

Office;Invoice for £359.50 PAID BY CARD 11.8.22:  Room Hire £150 & £50 (£200), Tea/coffee @ £1.60 per serving without biscuits, Assorted sandwiches with chips/crisps @ £5.30pp, Water complimentary. Fixed format. Numbers won't change.
