Christmas Party - Annual Awards Ceremony - 63 attending, catering for 53.

We have 63 people attending, and would like 7 tables, each for 10 people please. In terms of catering, we are aware that we probably won't need to cater for all 63, so to avoid waste, we would like to cater for 53. In terms of dietary requirements, we have the following needs:

Gluten free x 2
Vegan x 1
Severe shellfish allergy x 1
Vegetarian x 5

Cost - £ 14.50pp - Check if room hire has been paid

• Selection of sandwiches on brown and white bread, and wraps with fillings of cheese and onion, roast beef and horseradish, chicken and bacon, tuna and sweetcorn, roast vegetable and pesto
• Roast chicken drumsticks
• Vegetable crudités with hummus to dip
• Mixed salad with dressing on the side 
• Tomato, mozzarella and basil tartlets
• Selection of mini pizzas, cocktail sausages, sausage rolls, vegetable spring rolls, mini pork pies,  crisps etc
• French bread slices, butter, and smoked mackerel pate to have with GF options – we’ll let you know numbers for these and vegetarian/vegan guests
• Chocolate fountain with fruit and marshmallows to dip
• We’ll provide a cake – but a cake knife to serve please.
