Organisers have requested that they wish to leave some money in the float safe in the office on Fri evening.

DJ to set-up on Thursday evening and collect equipment on Saturday morning.

Registration table in Lobby, prize table on dance floor to be set up on Thursday 

Coffee & Bacon Baps on arrival (players will have vouchers, waitress to collect)

Standard Finger Buffet set-up from 20:30,  in dining room (buffet table in front of carvery - Cater for 100 @ £7.00pp. Rope off Dining Room area, reserved for Forest Holme.   

Prize presentation at 18:00, auction and draw at 21:00.

Organisers will put up sponsors banners etc on course & in clubhouse.

Band or Disco in the evening for all members & players in the charity day.
