Kitchen & Bar to open from 8am for teas/coffees and light breakfast. Pay for own food & drink. Please ensure plenty of cash for change.

Tab for Ladies at Bar for helps drinks and a light lunch each. Sue requested jug of coffee to be be available for helps rather than bar coffee.

Tent: Pimms to be supplied by ladies,KHGC to provide 0.5 ltr plastic cups (have been advised no flute glasses) jugs, napkins, linen, bin sacks, paper plates, plastic cups, plates & bowls for cake & snacks, knives to cut cake. Items to be ready for ladies to collect from Clubhouse on Tuesday morning. They have arranged a buggy with the Pro Shop.

Tent: To be manned by ladies/Jan & Jackie - Jan to arrange food and drink - pimms/soft drinks, cake, sandwiches, pre-cut fruit etc
