TENT 11th (to be set up as early as possible please) with glasses for Pimms, plastic cups, tablecloths, napkins, water cannisters, 2 knives to cut cake, 2 spoons for pre-cut fruit for pimms,  large plates to display the cakes, crips etc. (ready for collection 08:30) - Denise

Numbers: 52 pers including one vegan (meal included in price of £30 per pair)

Ladies to complete details/payment on board in changing rooms

Salad Buffet served the meat etc at the carvery and we then helped ourselves to salad and other bits (running cold buffet) - Agreed £7 per person.

Vegan x 1 - Likes 3 bean salad, falafels, nuts, dried fruit -  Trish to do provide suitable buffet items

Trish also made cakes to serve as dessert with cream which I believe we were charged £14 per cake (agreed)   - For future make 4 cakes ( 3 x cream, 1 x sponge)
