The above event was arranged with yourselves for Wednesday, 16th September, however, due to the pandemic it has been decided to cancel all Vets events for 2020 as a considerable number of players may be shielding and not wish to travel to or participate in events.  It is hoped, however, that your Club may be able to host the event in 2021 on Wednesday, 15 September?  Please let me know if this date is available, entries are normally high for this event..

Dorset Ladies Vets

This would be for approximately 40 pairs of ladies, i.e. 20 tee times, for a Greensomes competition. Can you suggest a start time which best suits you?

For such events we would usually pay a Green Fee of £25.00 per pair. I hope this would be acceptable. 

We do not include food in our entry fee but would  hope that  catering could be available throughout the day. 

I look forward to hearing from you once these proposals have been put to the Captains Committee.
