Adverse Possession Update
An adverse possession claim was submitted for a wedge shaped piece of land that runs from the end of the fir trees to the end of the fencing at the water board, on the left of the 15th.
It was felt at the time that this was of more importance to the course and was outside the land registry Title DT19005, that show the boundary of Golf Club.
The good news is that the claim has been approved and the land transferred to the golf club via Title no DT439055.
