ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given of the 42nd Annual General Meeting of Knighton Heath Golf Club Ltd
which, will be held on Thursday 18 October 2018 in the Club House, Knighton Heath Golf Club,
Francis Avenue, Bournemouth at 7.30p.m.
Notes:
- Only those who are current playing members over the age of 18 and Life Members will be entitled to vote.
- Any member wishing a resolution (amendments to the Articles of Association) to be placed on the Agenda must give notice of the proposed resolution in writing and on the approved pro-forma, duly seconded, to the General Manager by Thursday 6 September 2018.
- Amendments to a Proposed Resolution must be submitted to the General Manager, on the approved pro-forma, by any TWO voting members of the club of at least 2 years standing, by Thursday 20 September 2018.
- Any Other Business - Notice must be given in writing to the General Manager, on the approved pro-forma, at least seven days (Wednesday 10 October 2018) prior to the date of the Meeting.

MEN's INVITATION - Saturday 15 September 2018
The booking sheet for the Men's Invitation is on the main competitions board in the lobby. This is a chance for you to invite a friend to play on our wonderful course and to show him some good Knighton Heath hospitality.
£22 per pair, hospitality tent at the 11th and prizes.

CIPROCALS
The opportunity to play at 19 other local courses subject only to a small booking fee of £5 per group. Bookings are made via the pro-shop.
ONE 4 ball per day at: Ashley Wood, Bramshaw, Reading and Weymouth.
ONE 4 ball per week at: Boundary Lakes (Ageas Bowl), Came Down, Chippenham, Enmore Park, Hamptworth, Highcliffe Castle, Lewes (East Sussex), Romsey, Salisbury & South Wilts, Taunton & Pickeridge, Teignmouth, Wareham, Wellow, West Hove and Yeovil.

NOTE: The reciprocal scheme is only for the use of club members, guests are not allowed to be invited to play.
DRESS CODE
It has been brought to the attention of Management, that some members are not adhering to the club dress code.
The dress code has been revised to create a relaxed atmosphere for both members & visitors.

On the Course:
- Shirts must be tucked in at all times
- Cargo shorts are not permitted
In the Clubhouse:
- Shirts must be tucked in at all times.
- Smart clean & presentable denims are acceptable
- Smart shorts (Cargo shorts are not permitted)
- "Flip-Flops" and "Crocs" are not allowed
- Mobile phones may only be used for messaging, no voice usage
