Dear Reunert, many thanks for your prompt reply. Delighted to confirm the booking at the agreed costs and tee times etc. No meal is required as we meet at the Legion club for evening meal and presentations etc. We hold 8 society days a year. Normally I post entry forms at least 6/7 weeks before the event, to give time for payment to come in. Final numbers and deposit are sent to you approximately 2/3 weeks before the event, with balance paid on the day. kind regards, Steve Argyle
