Two tables in reception for raffle & registration, other table in reception to be cleared and used for display board.

Ladies to pre-order sandwiches each day, sandwiches to be placed in container with name on.

Trish - to supply a list of sandwiches.

Jason - Tab at the bar for bar & food purchases for county ladies & helpers  

Prize Table to display trophies each day in lounge, trophies to be locked in Committee Room at the end of each day.

Andy W - Buggy to be booked for all 3 days. Charge practise rounds at £20.
