We are looking for an Experienced Events & Functions Co-ordinator to organise and oversee activities, events & functions within the club.
The role needs proven administrative ability, interpersonal skills and the ability to finish tasks effectively.
This is a hands-on position where much of the work has to be done by the job holder.
Assisting with the club diary and all group bookings on a daily basis requires strong organisation and communication skills.
A good knowledge of computers, email and software packages (MS Office & Excel) is required, together with a good standard of numeracy and literacy, the ability to handle both telephone and personal enquiries in a positive and courteous manner is also essential.
Hours are 24 per week, generally Monday, Thursday & Friday, with some weekend work.
